How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI Payments (e.g., Paytm, Google Pay, Phonepe). All transactions are securely processed using SSL encryption.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders– All domestic orders are processed within 2 business day (except for public holidays, Sundays and force majeure conditions). You can expect delivery of the order within 5 to 6 business days
•   For International orders– All International orders are processed within 2 business days (except for Public Holidays, Sundays, and force majeure conditions). You can expect delivery of the order within 7-10 business days.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. 

Order Modification/Editing:

  • Orders can be edited or modified only before completing the payment.
  • Once payment is done, orders cannot be edited or modified.
